QUALIDADE DA INFORMAÇÃO E INTUIÇÃO NA TOMADA DE DECISÃO ORGANIZACIONAL

The profile of the 100 professionals has been identified according to features such as: age, gender, employers‟ economic activity and the number of employees subordinated to them. By using questionnaires handed out in person, the information attributes considered relevant by them to the organizational decision making were taken. It has been observed that the number of direct or indirect subordinated employees to the professionals researched was a variable that influenced not only the importance given to the use of intuition in the organizational decision making process, but also the attributes that determine if the information has or does not have qualityThe research has had as a goal to discuss the relation between decision making in organizations and the quality information, taking in consideration also the decision makers‟ intuition.
